I hired Richard to do a complete remodel of our backyard plus the addition of a closed-roof California room. I did not come into the project with much remodeling experience, but Richard was able to take my very vague ideas and bring them to life without issue. Not only was the work of the highest quality, but the speed at which the work was completed was remarkable. More time was spent waiting for HOA and city approvals than was spent completing my project, and every square inch of my backyard was re-done. There must have been 30-40 guys working on my house the day he broke ground. Richard was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Hire Richard if you want your project done right.

Richard Lusk and team are just amazing! Another reviewer said it and we have to agree - what a refreshing experience! We went from a dirt lot to a beautiful yard in what felt like overnight. Our project got done in half the time Richard originally estimated and far faster than anyone else quoted. Richard was there every step of the way and always made himself available. Richard has both amazing vision and fabulous execution...you need both! He is very hands on, accommodating, professional, informative, attentive, pays attention to detail, logical, and responds very quickly. Richard got my Hollywood meets Santa Barbara style and came to the unfinished house several times...he had a great concept and I said go for it. He was great at budgeting and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. His team was very polite, respectful, hard working, and great at their craft. Gonna miss everyone now that it's over. I'm very impressed overall.
