Explore this service →A beautiful landscape deserves to be enjoyed after sunset. Thoughtful lighting brings paths and steps into view, draws out the character of trees and stonework, and makes patios, gardens and water features part of your evening life.
Explore this service →Good drainage begins with understanding where water comes from and where it needs to go. We plan gravity drains, slot drains and the surrounding grades as part of your landscape, with the drainage details considered before the finished surfaces are installed.
Explore this service →A narrow side yard, steep slope or hard-to-reach backyard can change how an entire project is built. We assess access early and plan how equipment, materials and crews will reach the work, move through the site and complete each phase.
Explore this service →For an exceptionally large property transformation, the pool is only one part of the job. Richard Lusk Landscape and Design brings everything outside the four walls of your home into one coordinated design-build scope: pools and spas, water features, hardscape and softscape, with the site work that connects them. You have one contractor accountable for the complete exterior project.
Explore this service →A beautiful pool or landscape is made of hundreds of details that have to agree. Straight lines, considered joints, consistent transitions and carefully planned elevations give the finished work its sense of order. We bring 50 years of construction experience to the details you see and the preparation beneath them.
Explore this service →A floor plan shows where things go. A 3D rendering helps you understand how the outdoor space could feel. See how the pool relates to the house, how terraces connect and where you will gather before construction begins.
Explore this service →A pool house can become the place everyone gathers. A balcony can open a room to the view. A deck can turn the space beyond the doors into somewhere you use every day. We design and build these spaces as part of the whole property, bringing the architecture, outdoor living areas, pool and landscape together.
Explore this service →Create a beautifully finished balcony, roof terrace or patio with paving supported above the surface below. We plan pedestal paving as a complete system: the pavers you see, the supports beneath them, and the drainage, waterproofing and edge details that make the space work.
Explore this service →Create a welcoming lawn, a place to practice your putting, or a landscape that brings both together. We design artificial turf and putting greens around your property, with the shape, surface and edges planned alongside the preparation and drainage beneath them.
Explore this service →An outdoor kitchen should make entertaining feel easy. We design the cooking, preparation, serving and seating areas together, then build the kitchen into the architecture of your patio, pool and landscape.
Explore this service →A fireplace can anchor an outdoor room. A fire pit can bring friends into a circle. A linear flame can add a quiet focal point beside the pool. We design the feature around the setting, the seating and the way you want to spend time outdoors.
Explore this service →Bring the game home with a tennis court, a pickleball court or a thoughtfully planned shared surface. We coordinate the playing area, construction beneath it and surrounding landscape, with attention to access, drainage, lighting and neighboring homes.
