We handle the difficult parts
Hillsides, tight access, changes in level, retaining walls and serious drainage are where experience shows. We bring 50 years of luxury pool and landscape construction experience to coastal, inland, hillside and desert properties, and we plan the engineering, permits and HOA approvals as part of the project.
A detailed budget before design
It starts with a complimentary site visit and a complimentary detailed scope of work and budget. Once you approve the budget and sign the design-build Home Improvement Contract, we design to it, review the plan with you and adjust the plan and budget together. This budget-first approach reduces unforeseen change orders.

We are a true design-build company. The same organization is responsible for your design, your budget and your construction, so nothing gets lost between a designer and a builder. Your warranty terms are written into the Scope of Work.

Questions worth asking
How do we determine whether a pool will fit our property?
A real fit study looks at far more than the open grass area. Property lines, required setbacks, easements, existing structures, utility lines, slopes, access for equipment and drainage all affect the usable footprint.
How big should our pool be?
Size your pool around how you will use it. Lap swimming needs length; family play and entertaining need generous shallow areas and lounging space; a plunge pool suits small yards and cooling off.
How deep should our pool be?
Many families today prefer pools with a large shallow area for play and lounging, with a moderate deeper section, rather than a deep diving well.
