Designed around how you'll use it
Pool size, depth, shape, spa placement, tanning shelves, water features and views from inside the house are decided together. Bring your ideas and reference photos; we will show you what fits your site.
Built right below the surface
Access, excavation, soils, steel, plumbing and equipment location determine how well a pool performs for decades. We coordinate the structural engineering and permits, and we use the LATICRETE system for waterline and submerged tile.
A schedule for your scope
About 8 weeks after permit issuance is a planning guide for a typical pool. Design, engineering, HOA review and permitting come first. Scope, access, weather, inspections and material availability affect construction timing, so we set a schedule for your actual project.
Safety and energy rules included
We plan the qualifying combination of pool safety features required by California and the local jurisdiction. Some combinations are not allowed as the only two features. Applicable heating and control requirements are coordinated with the current energy rules and the proposed equipment.
Finish the whole setting
Coping, tile, decking, planting and lighting give the pool its relationship to the rest of the property. Because we build the landscape too, it all comes together as one project.

Questions worth asking
How do we determine whether a pool will fit our property?
A real fit study looks at far more than the open grass area. Property lines, required setbacks, easements, existing structures, utility lines, slopes, access for equipment and drainage all affect the usable footprint.
How big should our pool be?
Size your pool around how you will use it. Lap swimming needs length; family play and entertaining need generous shallow areas and lounging space; a plunge pool suits small yards and cooling off.
How deep should our pool be?
Many families today prefer pools with a large shallow area for play and lounging, with a moderate deeper section, rather than a deep diving well.
