The details make the difference

Craftsmanship and Precision

A beautiful pool or landscape is made of hundreds of details that have to agree. Straight lines, considered joints, consistent transitions and carefully planned elevations give the finished work its sense of order. We bring 50 years of construction experience to the details you see and the preparation beneath them.

Precision begins with the layout

Before finishes are installed, the pool, walls, terraces and steps need a common plan. We coordinate dimensions, alignments and elevations with the approved design, including the relationship between the house thresholds, pool coping and surrounding paving.

Tile, coping and paving that work together

Corners, cuts, joint placement and the meeting of different materials deserve attention before installation. We plan how tile, stone and coping turn a corner, meet a step and connect to the next surface so the details feel deliberate across the whole project.

The preparation beneath the finish

An attractive surface depends on its substrate and installation system. We use the LATICRETE pool system for waterline and submerged tile, and an anti-fracture membrane where stone or tile is mortar-set over concrete. Surface preparation, waterproofing and material compatibility are part of the construction scope.

Drainage is a design detail

The finished landscape needs to move water as well as people. We coordinate drainage, required slopes and transitions with the layout of terraces, steps and planting so a clean visual line does not come at the expense of a functioning site.

Coordinate the small things early

Light fixtures, drains, outlets, equipment access and outdoor kitchen connections should be considered before paving and masonry are finished. Planning these locations with the overall design helps avoid awkward additions later.

Review the work as a complete property

We review the installed work against the agreed scope, address completion items and walk through the finished project with you. Natural material variation is considered alongside physical samples and selections. The result depends on how the details work together across the completed property.
