How you arrive, relax, entertain, swim and move through the property drives the design. Privacy, views, shade and the balance of planting and paving are part of the first conversation.
Budget first, then design
After a complimentary site visit, we prepare a complimentary detailed scope of work and budget. Once you approve it and sign the design-build Home Improvement Contract, we design to that budget, which can include conceptual layouts, 3D visualization and HOA submittal plans.
Every element coordinated
Pools, terraces, walls, planting, lighting and outdoor structures affect each other. Because one team designs and builds them, they fit together on site the way they do on paper.
Designed for your site
Sun exposure, coastal wind, hillside conditions, desert heat and water needs vary across our service areas. We select planting and materials around the conditions of your property and coordinate the landscape with applicable local requirements.

Questions worth asking
Are drought-tolerant plants maintenance-free?
No. Drought-tolerant and California-friendly plants use less water once established, but they still need the right soil, proper irrigation during establishment, pruning, mulch, weed control and seasonal attention.
Can a landscape be attractive throughout the year?
Yes. We combine structure, evergreen foliage, contrasting plant forms, seasonal interest, hardscape and lighting instead of relying on one flowering period.
