Yes. We design and build your outdoor project under one coordinated scope. We start with a complimentary site visit, followed by a complimentary detailed scope of work and budget. After you approve the scope and budget and sign our design-build Home Improvement Contract with its payment schedule, we begin the agreed design and HOA plans. We review the design with you and document changes to scope, price or schedule. This keeps the design connected to construction cost and gives you one point of accountability.

No. Richard Lusk Landscape and Design does not provide ongoing yard maintenance or gardening service. We are a design-build construction company focused on designing and building new pools, pool remodels and complete landscapes. When your project is finished, we walk you through how everything works and provide care information so your maintenance provider can keep the property looking its best.
