Use planting to shape the space
Trees, shrubs and planted borders help define the way a garden feels and is used. They can frame a view, soften a wall or separate gathering areas. We consider planting as part of the overall composition, with selections discussed in relation to the property and the intended care of the finished landscape.
Coordinate preparation and irrigation
Our listed services include soil preparation, sprinklers, and tree and shrub planting. Irrigation planning belongs in the same conversation as planting and hardscape so those elements can be coordinated before the yard is complete. The proposed system and the extent of preparation are identified in the project scope.
Consider the landscape after dark
Low-voltage lighting is part of our landscape services. The discussion can include the approach to the home, paths, planted areas and outdoor gathering spaces. The aim is to consider how the yard will be used in the evening as well as how it looks during the day.
Bring the final details into the plan
Artificial turf, pottery and other landscape accessories can be included where appropriate to the design. Our broader services also list exterior sound and security systems. The written proposal establishes which items are part of the project and which are supplied or handled separately.
